Stories connect us. Community keeps us going.
The Paperback Palm exists to create a welcoming community for disabled veterans and those who support them through books, conversation, and shared experiences. We believe stories can heal, connection saves lives, and no veteran should feel unseen or alone. Our goal is to build spaces where people can gather, share their experiences, discover new perspectives, and find a sense of belonging beyond service.
My Approach
Paperback Palm was created from lived experience, not marketing strategy. As a veteran, I understand the challenges that can come with transition, isolation, and searching for community (that CAMARADERIE if you will) after service. This space is being built authentically by someone who has lived those realities and knows how important it is to feel seen, heard, and understood. My goal is not just to sell books, but to create a welcoming environment where veterans and their families can connect, share stories, and realize they are not alone. Every event, conversation, and partnership is rooted in genuine community, mutual support, and the belief that connection can make a real difference in people’s lives.
